If people still wanna buff Soldier’s ult, instead of headshots, make his rockets get 2 or 3s CD during the ult, so he can use it 2 or 3 times. The aim lock does not apply to the Helix Rockets, so it has a little more skill to apply the burst dmg during the ult.
I think at least a few of the changes if tweaked a bit more would be pretty great to go live. Obviously there are some that should never be seen by the light of day once removed…
Uh, the Echo change is way too much. And I still think the Tracer one must be broken too but I haven’t had her in any of the games I played.
I forgot about that monstrosity, and when she duplicates Dva I just cri and give up all hope.
The Tracer one was so weird. I had to force it and it was worse than just using my standard internal clock.
Duping 76 is worse. You thought the standard eight seconds (or whatever it is) of Tactical Nuke was bad? Now picture it being spammed over thirty seconds.
Yeah I could see how the Tracer one might throw off people’s timings…but then everyone would get used to it and I can’t even begin to imagine how much more unkillable and annoying she would be.
If she times it right she would never be out of Blinks so then what, the only way to kill her is with a flash bang and quick follow up? I don’t think that’s fair to most levels of play.
I have somehow not had the “pleasure” of experiencing such torment. More 76 players today, maybe tomorrow I will be the change I want to see and abuse this… For science!
On the Exp, Overloading Torb one shots her with a hammer blow. Practical? Not really. Cathartic? Oh, yes, yes indeed.

Maybe that would have to be the compromise then if the Tracer changes ever see the light of day on live.

and by that definition you would be fine with 1,000+ hp tanks, widow and other hitscan heroes essentially gutted since there are no shields to block them and extremely high burst heals to sustain tanks
because without barriers that is what would need to happen
Tanks would need massive buffs in all parts of their kits, hitscan heroes and ranged DPS would need massive nerfs to not make them OP since there would no longer be shields protecting them
and with tanks having so much hp they would need huge amounts of healing to keep that hp
McCree, Echo, Ball And Roadhog’s changes are unnecessary.
id push everything live except for 76 hs in tacvisor and reducing winstons numbers a tiny bit (either less ult charge for damage blocked or less dmg on primal)
flying sigma is cool, vertical punching df is cool, recycling ammo cree is cool, I wanna keep nearly all of it tbh

Echo Ult doesnt need double duration.
McCree of all heroes doesnt need even more buffs.
Hammond should be able to transform and shoot.

I mean if we want to break OW for the next month while we wait for everything to get nerfed then yes they can absolutely push half these changes live.
Mei, sigma, doom, McCree, tracer, widow, genji, Hanzo, Ana, ball, zen, and hog changes shouldn’t go in either
