We’re not in OW1 we’re in Overwatch2 and if an otp is actively playing into hard counters, getting 0 value putting their team at a disadvantage thats gameplay sabotage

OTPs are our strongest players. They go through trial by fire against all counters to get good and/or have fun. God bless 'em.

I jist play what I want, cant be helped that I just tend to one hero because they are fun to play.

I can out maneuver any genji, any Sombra, any tracer. Love seeing them get frustrated when I don’t lay down and take the L
People one trick a hero because that’s the character they like or the only play style that clicks with them. Oh no the horror

Your standard for throwing is completely subjective. If you think it is fair to false report under certain circumstances then I do too.

ye I play only one hero , wich is the only one I barely get some result, and I won’t waste time on other heroes as I know I can’t play them (example every single hitscan, not for me)
also as there are people who never switch I’m done to try to help , I do the same.
You mentioned being a high rank. Are you GM?
I have thought of a few mind games to eat grav, but I can’t do it every time. Often times DM narrowly misses

Its not tho is it, if someone is playing is PURPOSELY playing into hard counters, getting 0 value, playing badly and ACTIVELY puttong their team at a disadvantage because they refuse to play anything else is ganeplay sabotage. Counterswapping altho annoying is not toxic, theyre players doing what they need to win a game, which is more that what otp’s do.
If you swap whenever things get rough, how are you going to overcome the challenge? My team mates might have one stinky game with me but I will have thousands until I figure out a strategy.
Besides, like 90% of the people who beg the tank to swap don’t bother counter swapping the enemy themselves. Maybe if you helped your tank instead of reporting them you would be happier.

Im litterally a tank player lol and yes the amount of otps that refuse to play as a team have sabotaged hundreds of games
I was GM1 on my DVa OTP account.
Need to be very aware of their and your own team’s situation when trying to eat a grav.
Zarya will look to grav when;
- Your team is low
- Your team has low resources/used cooldowns
- To counter your team’s ult
Most Zara’s will play aggressively and hold W when they want to grav.
You can also bait them by pretending you’re out of matrix, and keep a little for when they’re planning to.
If you have high enough mouse sensitivity, you can bait by looking away and doing a 180 with matrix.

If they were better they would carry regardless. If I were to smurf and then complain about my tank not swapping then that would be pathetic.

Yeah that was my strat. Though I took it a step further and pretended to boost past the Zarya then immediately flick behind me. I got a few eats doing this.
If you are good at doing vod review sort of things could you coach my dva? Only if you want to of course.

Won’t do the entire match though because it’s very time consuming.
