The Chroma drivers (made by Razer) for Overwatch integration fell behind in updates a long time ago, so probably not — though I have no confirmation.
I know the Chroma stuff often causes crashes, so removing them is usually one of the first troubleshooting steps.
Hi Nicole, I’ve tried everything: deleted the app and reinstalled it, deleted Overwatch, and formatted the PC. In other games, not all of them work well… I don’t know what to do, unfortunately. I think it’s really their problem. If you know that others have had the same issue, it would make me feel better. Thank you

I don’t know how their support operates. Head to their website and look for “Support” or “Help” options.
