I prefer just making it so her shield bash just locks mobility skills.
Then can doom no longer punch rein thru shield?
Can hammond no longer knock up/roll thru a shielding rein?
Can rein no longer pin a Brig if her shield is raised?
So we going to stop the Rajon Rondo of Overwatch from bashing the Chris Paul of Overwatch.
Not sorry for referencing NBA players as Overwatch characters.
How about we not make Rein more of a must pick please.

One of the developer streams talked about how Brigitte not shield bashing Rein through his shield created some problematic interactions.
Such as when Brigitte wants to shield bash someone else, who is behind the shield.
It was probably also affected by other shields, such as Zarya and Winston
