In YOUR opinion, will it live up to everything Blizzard claimed it will be? After 2 beta’s and everything we know so far, is it going to live up to the wait and hype that was set for it?
Do you mean in October or when PvE finally releases?
With only three heroes and six maps, I’m not particularly convinced it will.

That depends on what the claims are….
We haven’t even seen the pve so can’t comment on that side of things
It’s certainly different on pvp side (and yet it’s not)….but not sure what you mean by “claims”

Nope it’s going to be the same amount…we’ve already been shown an early release schedule….it’s basically same as before

the only preview content what we got was from almost 3 years ago…
Currently I think the beta is okay. I feel that if they continue to improve things (I know some people don’t like certain changes they’ve done but I am speaking for myself and I could nitpick some things later) and add more heroes and the BP stuff isn’t that bad and the whatever content comes out, then I think at least the game would be favorable or stable until the PVE comes out. I don’t really want to judge the state of OW2 without PVE.
But for the PVP side of things, its good to know that we’re finally getting back on track with normal hero and map releases like I would have wanted back then and if they keep that up for a solid rate of time at least a year, then I would feel confident in the population coming back. Of course, I think every community will always cry over balance or whatever but when you have an active development going on, then I think people overlook that or become hopeful that some things will favorably change.
What we have now is at least 90% of the full content that will be released at go-live. In my opinion, this is three months worth of patches that took them three years to develop.

All people would say is this why it’s called “2”?. It looks same as same 1 and what difference does it have to 1?.
Blizzard is like umm. We have revolutionary new 5v5, 3 new heroes, 1 new mode, 6 new maps, Amazing reworks and battlepass that we know. You will love. k thx. See ya. Pz shills do the rest of the marketing for us. thx.
