Was in the game, one of my team mate invited me into his group, I pressed Yes, than the game kicked me into Observer mode and somebody joined right that moment into my place! WTF is that???

but why kick you out of your position??
Because it kicks you out to join the party then back in the game.
It’s bad coding, and because someone was already in party waiting, they instantly took your place. They basically tricked you into getting removed so they could play with their full group.
