It’s not that they don’t care.
These latest changes prove they’re at least listening to the struggling supports and tanks.
I do think they seriously shafted Mercy players though. I foresee a lack of Mercy in the future, for better or worse.

I’m assuming you made this whole thread in a saracstic way as if they never do any of those things, but I remember these changes in particular that really helped with how bad the Sombra changes first were on the PTR, and this is just 3 of them. Something we wanted reverted and they listened to our feedback about other things too.
People really need to cut the Developers some slack, I’m sure they’re listening to a lot of things and are testing things internally, there’s a lot of things going on right now and they can’t cater to everyones needs.

Blizzard has a better understanding of the population of specific factions within the community than anyone. They have more data than they probably know what to do with. But it doesn’t take a community leader to see most complaints about balance changes come from players that one trick the affected heroes. Blizzard has been clear the game isn’t being balanced for those players. Players are encouraged to play multiple heroes and switch between them as situations call for it. Changes to balance have become increasingly successful at meeting this aim.

I’ve posted it before, and it seems relevant somehow so I’ll post it here:
You can disagree, that’s cool - but Hoshi has some valid points.
I actually worry about other heroes, like Sombra and Bastion, amidst this chaos.
Bastion gets pushed further down and Sombra, who goes live next week, will be ignored - that leaves several unsatisfied Sombra players in the dust.
