Are they coming back?
I was playing when they were first in the shop but I was broke.
I really want the cosmic mercy skin and I hate how they make things exclusive.
Hopefully they come back someday.
Most everything in the shop is on a rotation so eventually it will come back with time.
You also have a chance of getting it from a lootbox since it was a shop skin from a previous season.

the atlantic all-star mercy came back twice already, so I’m confident it’ll come back again

Yep! Lootboxes really are helping with that exclusivity/FOMO feeling we used to have, I enjoy that they are back and help relieve this feeling for others.
