Echo was recently release the problem is the timeline, as McCree released Echo relatively recent and he still has his present look so even Ashe shouldn’t change in terms of appearance.

For Tracer, Mei, Winston, Mercy, Genji and Reinhardt we know time has passed between Recall, their animation and them forming Winston’s 2nd generation Overwatch Team in OW2 trailer.

Brig developed her armour between the animation and the reunion. Echo was release before the Reunion but after recall


But yeah
 not sure because their lore is screwy, they dropped the ball long ago

I don’t have a specific source but during one of the panels at Blizzcon they mentioned that Moira’s redesign looks super cool.

Or they can just took Johanna’s armor in Diablo 3, but yeah it’s totally crusaders style.

You’re not seeing any shadows or highlights in the compositions, which gives it an appearance of lack of depth. This is a very common practice for most concept artists in the video game industry, this is because they want to show the basic colors of each character/model, so that the 3D artist can build that character accurately with those colors. Which then the in-game engines lighting and shadows will be reflected naturally on the models.

I myself am currently in a class in my college, which goes over things like this (though my major is graphic design). Last week, I did a paintover exercise of a pre-existing character that was provided to me. It was extremely challenging to not add shadows or highlights.

Based on the style of the art, this looks like Arnold Tsang’s work.

Even if thats true, technically they do. I mean they have to fit to the others new key designs (hair shader technology, new lighting, etc.)

Worst part is that I’m pretty sure this wasn’t even new when she posted it. She’s always recycling tweets.
