Now, I do have an OWCS2026 preseason primer coming, but in light of North America getting…WWE body slammed into the icy pavement thanks to Mei leaving the freezer open…and with high quality drivel being in such short supply around here, i would like y’all to use this thread to talk. About anything. Drivel highly encouraged - if only to keep me sustained since I can’t go outside and touch grass without getting frostbite. And since i am off of work for the foreseeable future thanks to the weather.

This timeline is unbelievable trash. We must live in a teenager’s first attempt to write a deep and edgy story. Like, what is this storyline even? Perhaps we all fell asleep during the lockdowns and are living in a dream.
So I finally ACTUALLY managed to fall down to endorsement level 4 recently. It took a lot of “work” and it only lasted for a couple of games, but it happened regardless
The matches didn’t feel any better. I was disappointed, and I will no longer be buying “Endorsement-5 Players are Deliberately Put on Teams with Bad and New Players Because We Think They’ll Be Nice About It”-brand tinfoil 
I’ve switched to the “Play Mercy in QP to Expose the Truth About Your Loss Streak” brand of tinfoil instead. I put my blue beam on people. I try different ones if I have to. Hear that ticking? No? Exactly. They’re doing nothing.

Yeah, I tried that, it’s not true.
I still get more endorsements when playing healer over Tank, even if I do end up healing more as Tank and my team’s co-supports. I’ve also gotten tons of endorsements from enemy teams when they see how often I carry my (sometimes) deadweight team.
There was… one or two games in Stadium where I was hitting over 10k damage in a few rounds and towering over both teams in terms of total damage. Never quite skilled enough to win the games and ultimately lost them, but I would end up with 8+ endorsements as a Damage-role hero (usually Freja, sometimes Pharah), when it was clear I was 4k to 6k damage more than the rest of the team for that round.

And even before Horizon, still need to get through Daybreak 2. Put it off all last year even though I got it on release day. Finished the 1st Chapter Remake of Sky in about a week; just got busy and never got around to anything else.
More like an attempt to avoid cabin fever as it relates to the texas cold spell making it impossible to go anywhere, but yes.
