IMO my Top 5 are Hog, especially now with the tank buffs make him near impossible to kill, Illari because any Support that is really a DPS and doesn’t need to heal because of a turret doing all the work for her is up there on my list. Lucio/Genji because they’re so damn agile, Moria because she requires no skill with an ability that doesn’t need aiming and finally Sombra. Sombra needs longer cooldowns in her abilities. What about everyone else?
Honorable mention CC because of hinder and Ball because no Tank should be that fast.

1 sombra – troll self-playing hero whom can excel at griefing one person all match. you can deal with her but still frustrating af even if she sucks
2 hog – unkillable one-shot machine that you can’t take down without a team effort
3 tracer – still so insane post-s9 that even trash players can nuke you (if you asked them to play tracer pre-s9 they would go 0/0/14 2k dmg)
4 mauga – one of the most cancerous heroes to ever be added to the game period
5 cassidy – another hero that became insane with s9, i like to call him hitscan hanzo. when they somehow still miss their logs, they nade you around a corner, right click randy you, roll, right click randy you again until ur dead

cringiest heroes? in terms of aesthetics, personality and voice lines
Pharah can be pretty cringe. Most of her voice lines are pretty cringe too “forget regulation im throwing a party after this” 
Sombra’s “let the hack begin” is also really bad…
I’ve also played since Overwatch 1’s first reveal with Metzen, when they first released Soldier 76, everyone thought he was a corny, badly written, discount master chief. Which i still think is accurate.

But you know these pesky sombra players in gold are hard to challenge 
My top 5 would be
Widowmaker - obnoxious to play against, utterly broken on her favorite maps
Lucio - Speedboost is most broken ability in the game, it changes the entire fight dynamics
Mercy - damage boost such an unnecessary ability, if mercy is ever good again in high meta play, I’ll send a prayer she can’t pocket anymore
Zen - discord orb falls right into the same category as dmg boost, besides it let the tank suffer and not dps players
And for last spot tracer - basically unkillable if played correctly, ridiculous tiny hitbox, can’t be one tapped by Ashe or mei anymore, serious effort required to deal with one character
Honorable mentions Kiri and sojourn both overkitted and generalists which is not good for the game

I used to hate Spamzo, but ever since he lost the bs one shot hes kinda been off the hook. I still think autopilot Moria is max cringe though.

Still I feel you need some sort of skill to play as Tracer because of how squishy she is. You need to learn off angles and how to use blink properly. Yes Season 9-10 made her a bit harder to kill but, to me, you still need to know her mechanics well enough to get value from her.
Mercy.
Gameplay loop is leeching of of your teammates and running away.

Dialogue wise… Kiriko. She’s 21 (which I still don’t believe based on the lore) and has the attitude and snarkiness of a teenager. Granted, she has some funny snarky comments- but. A lot of them are… ehhh…

I still refuse to believe she’s 21, too. She “grew up with the Shimadas” yet they’re 37 (Genji) and 40 (Hanzo) despite the canon art making them look like 5 years apart max? There would’ve been nothing wrong with making her in her late twenties or early thirties.

Kiri needs to be on the list but not because of play style but voice lines. She is so cringe.
1. Moira, no contest → She gets way too much value while requiring NO mechanical skill and actively rewarding bad positioning and bad gameplay decisions
2. Sombra → no need to explain
3. Hog → The new unkillable super tank
4. Bastion → The moment the tank starts doing ANYTHING of value someone swaps to this abomination (there’s a special place in hell for you people)
