Odd Pixel Effect Over Certain Textures

While playing Overwatch like I usually do, I have recently encountered an odd issue, and I haven’t seen anything like it on the forums thus far so I figured I’d try and have it solved!

When I boot up the game, everything looks normal; my game is set on Ultra, and the graphics look fabulous. However, when I sit around for a while or get into a game, suddenly some of the textures have this odd pixel rain effect. It goes in columns, and it looks like… a grainy TV? I can still see everything fine, it’s just a semi-transparent stream of pixels that runs vertically down my screen in columns about 2 or 3 (large) pixels wide.

Alongside this problem, I’ve recently started getting the “Rendering Device Lost!” error, which I looked into first to try and solve both issues at once.

I have a Nvidia GTX 1080, and thinking it was some driver issue, I updated the drivers. Still, the problem has persisted! I hope this isn’t an issue with my graphics card or an even more serious issue with my PC, and I’d love to have some input. If you need any more information to help solve this, I’d be happy to provide it!

Thank you!
