OCE has been experiencing some massive server technical issues. This recent patch may have caused consoles to be affected as I have also been affected.
I’m not exactly sure if you need to make a new forum post about this but you can post on this thread here AUS/NZ connecting to PSE1/LAX1
Although I think you should create a new thread just in case which you can do so here #technical-support
