honestly, I’m so tired of waiting. I’m not even hyped anymore, i just don’t care at this point. this is so frustrating
i’ll be going on vacation soon and i really wanted to try out the new hero at least on PTR but clearly it’s not gonna happen. feels bad

I mean it’s 4th of July. I hope they are having a good holiday. With that said, I disagree completely on how they treat hype. Not revealing any information is not hype to me. It’s not creative or clever. It’s just lazy.
They had the right idea with the Sombra hype they just executed it poorly. Now it’s like they are afraid of trying it again. I’ve never seen a dev company so afraid of their own fan base.

I am not really hyped either. This is probably the first hero release that I do not care about which is weird because with 222 looming, the stakes are actually really high. But I am kind of like… Whatever. If it is not Mauga or edgy omnic Boi, I would not care regardless. I need a badmutha tank and I doubt they would design 3 of them. So it is either one of the two sick ones… Or a new nursery rhymes tank to follow the other designs already in game minus Hog.

It wouldnt have made it regardless. First PTR for 2-4 weeks and then out of comp for 1-2 weeks?

As I mentioned before, if you hype yourself up too much on baseless assumptions you’re bound to be disappointed. You get so attached to your theories it hits you too hard when they don’t become reality.
Don’t search for the hype, let it hit you when it’s time.
