Is there a way to obtain chat logs for offending posts?
For example, if an account has been silenced or suspended for abusive chat, and multiple people use the account, how can the account owner find out what was said?
Before making a decision as to removing access for players on said accounts, it would be nice to know what was said.
Account sharing is frowned upon, but if you appeal a penalty action, they can sometimes supply you with more info regarding the reason – which may include chat logs.
Just as Nicole said, you can always submit a ticket.
It certainly does not mean that you will get those chat logs, but there is a chance they’ll provide it.
But hold in mind that the account owner is responsible for everything what happens, even if it was someone else on the account.
