I noticed recently (within the past day or so) Nvidia Reflex, regardless if toggled on or on+boost, is not capping FPS below the monitor refresh rate. IE: I have a 240hz monitor, and it is currently reading 239fps instead of the usual 224fps with Nvidia Reflex enabled. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
