Nvidia ansel triggers anti cheat

Nvidia official driver 531.29 using Nvidia Ansel / Freestyle On a 4080 nvidia graphics card.
Using The sharpen tool. That you can acess on nvidia graphics card by pressing (alt + Z)Makes the IN-GAME HUD disappear completely when playing the game and makes the screen blink and all elements of HUD inside overwatch either while in match or menu disappear completely.
And only shows up again when pressing escape key on keyboard.
It removed to full extent all written characters like HP , IN-GAME ICONS and maybe other things that are not visible at first glance to me.
That itself seems to be removing or modifying in-game files of overwatch.
How can an nvidia filter alter the HUD OR rather remove it complety whithout modifying the files itself?
Is that not considered to some extent hacks?
As a consequence that itself triggered the Anti cheat system and in result got me an account suspension.
All i ask is that please have someone look into this information and actually test if it triggers the in-built anti-hack tool of the game as well.
I´m i crazy for these claims?
I´ve been a blizzard client for 10 years and this feature got my account suspended with 99% certainty.
I´ve done this appeal on support but no one there seems to want to transmit this information or look into this matter for no reason when it´s a valid claim or so i feel.
I just don´t understant when i´ve been more then willing to provide help into this matter or further details.
And in 3 appeals not a single one of the support care to actually pass the information or contest this claim of file modification.
All i ask is research into this matter or give a claim as to how a filter from nvidia removes HUD and elements of the game without modifying files.

That is not a thing. ALT+Z is also bind to Overwatch hotkey that will hide in-game HUD. It’s not Nvidia.
