I made my own keyboard that I can program however I want with the power of QMK. With this I can make a null-cancelling movement script (http ://ozfortress.com/showpost.php?p=624355) that works in Overwatch and every other game.
Do you think this would be considered a bannable offense, or does it fall in the same ballpark as better Hz monitors and better peripherals? As described in the linked post it gives little to no benefit to pro players and can in some situations even be a hindrance.
PS. Whatever the answer is, I wish it were made an option for everyone.
it is. only because everyone on the forums will whine about it until the dev team gives in. same reason why auto hotscript was banned. everyone cried about “aim bots with AHK” and instead of actually knowing what it does, they just came out and said “AHK bad.” and that was it. eventhough almost every other FPS game knows what it does and allows people to use it, OW took the low, easy hanging fruit …
