Hey moderator, I have same issue as well except it is not spike. It is most of the games I joined experience 340-360 ping. very rarely I can get into a game with less than 100 ping.
I tried HOTS again. It is all Blizz games/servers that have this problem 
I get 25ms to LOL though…

This has been going on for at least a month. There was already a thread two weeks ago marked as fixed but it never was.
Probably going to switch providers tbh. Over the past 2 months, Bell’s connection to Blizzard servers has been dismal.
Another day, more latency.

still happening every 3-4 game, very constant.
When it happens, the ranked is almost 100% lost and I literally have to wait about 45 mins to drop down.
I get into custom game, wait for the latency to drop from 380 to 40 and i’m good to go another 3 to 4 games…
Every WinMTR is showing the same thing, should not be that hard to fix is it ?

these ones, always past the level3 server in new york.
It is literally ONLY Blizzard games though.
My ping for LOL is 25ms.
What kind of grudge does Bell have against Blizzard ? 
Can someone confirm videotron does not have these kind of issues? I am about to switch.
Just to let you know that a Bell rep contacted Blizzard’s CSR on my behalf and obtained some information from them in regards to peering. The same Bell rep forwarded this to Bell’s NOC which he has opened an internal ticket with.
Hopefully we’ll be able to play soon.

I’m on shaw and it happened to me too. It was so bad that i decided to just uninstall the game.
I don’t know if they did something, but I now have 95ms instead of 40 but its stable. So its way better now but not perfect as its used to be.

We made some modifications on our end and have a few more tweaks to make as soon as we can. Can I get a pulse check for Bell Canada users? Are we seeing improvements? Who is still having issues? Where/when are you seeing issues? If those who are still having problems can post WinMTRs that would be excellent.
If you have problems posting your WinMTR due to trust level issues, just use a ` mark before and after the test. (Same key as the tilde.)

it came back to the same problem… it even kick me out of game for 5 seconds, Lost ranked points and ban 10 mins for this bullshît.
I don’t even see the point to play this broken game anymore. It work agains’t the buyer. I’ll just prepare a litigation for full refund and time lost.
