This video I found on Youtube perfectly explains the problems with Mercy since the rework, the development team has failed in this rework, and continue locking any and all Mercy threads that try to help our once amazing and fun support hero.
The development team needs to swallow their pride and accept that the rework failed and that Mercy is no longer fun any more, she has been reduced to a healbot and she NEEDS to hide in order to pull off a Resurrection now. A little bit of hypocrisy there Blizzard.
