people have been waiting a long time for something like this. you think activision/blizzard would have figured that out a while ago especially on what the cyberpunk edgerunners anime did for cyberpunk.

The story is the reason I dumped Paladins in 2015 and pre-ordered Overwatch. 3300 hours now and completed each Archives mission on legendary no deaths at least once. Every cinematic/animated short you’ll find a comment saying “Why isn’t this a movie yet”, “Overwatch needs a show like Arcane” etc.

i always though the paladins cinematics were cool. i especially liked the fuira one
I just hope they don’t pull any unneccesary retcons.
i’m pretty sure it was reyes at the very start and that two second clip alone had me wanting to jump in my seat
i’m SO excited it’s unreal
To be fair, it’s certain this was in development before Edgerunners came out (which was excellent)
