Same thing has happened to me. I have been able to get into game on xbox (twice over the last 24 hours) both times everything I had was erased except for the widowmaker Overwatch 1 pre-order skin.

This game and this company should’ve had a better launch I have no skins and the servers can’t even get people on they should just close the game down rn I hate seeing other people having the best time on rn while the other half of players can’t play do to the servers or blizzard literally wiping away our progress

Same here. I had not much, but i had legendary skins on my main chars and i loved them. Now i would like to buy the battle pass but i dont want to waste the money on a new lvl 1 account

I lost everything as well i had almost everything in overwatch. I had every lucio cosmetic close to every cosmetic for all heroes. I had lucio’s, zen’s, and mercy’s golden as well as 1k comp points working for another. I have no credits which i had around 5k. Why am I missing everything like the reason i wasntad about overwatch becoming a thing was cuz i was gonna keep my items but i have nothing.

this is so ??? right like i wasn’t able to get on to overwatch 1 during the time when it reminded you to merge ur accounts in preparation ? for overwatch 2 (like someone else in this thread said too i think) but now all of the progress that so many people had is just gone !!! wtf :neutral_face:

same issue with me as well, I have the founders items but my entire account is empty other than that; reset back to level 1. I think it’s fair to say I wont be playing until this is resolved because it’s just too much lost time.
I hope they find a way to fix this but I have no idea how long that’ll take

Same everything gone and i invested money in this game to like atlantic skins and pink mercy :sob:. And now i had to do tutorial and play games to unlock heroes like please just give me my account back omg
