Not receiving bonus emotes when mega cheering

4 times now I’ve mega cheered for emotes (300 bits) and every time I did not receive megacheering emotes (not the ones you get from the challenges, but the ones you get form general cheering) . I’ve tried to contact Twitch multiple and get ignored and my ticket marked as resolved with no reply and no refund, no emotes.

I’m still missing emotes from many teams and I’m not happy about it.

So sick of Twitch ignoring me and nothing being done about the money I’ve spent multiple times to get no emotes from mega cheering.

I took screenshots before cheering to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake, and I have all the emotes I had before megacheering.

Hey check your Overwatch League 2019 emote collection on your Twitch profile and compare to this screenshot:

If you already have all of these emotes in your collection then it is very likely you have acquired all possible emotes from doing Megacheers. Doing any more megacheers will still share the rewards with other users watching at the time, but you cannot earn any more emotes once all of the Megacheer emotes are collected.
