The last two matches were supposed to give me loot boxes for queuing but they didn’t.
edit: The next two bonuses did the same. No boxes when advertised.

Same here, didn’t get one, even though it said it will give one for support.
Did you have a player leave in your match?
In the last match (ranked), a few minutes ago, I didn’t noticed any leavers.
Would this affect it?
Well i’ve heard cases of people not earning rewards due to leavers or due to them disconnecting and reconnecting. Tought this could be that case.
Lootboxes earned from role queue are normal lootboxes, unfortunately. You need to hit “prev” on the lootbox menu to open them

Just happened to me too. All I was told to do in chat was comment on this thread and the developers would have to sort it out.
Any developers out there reading this- ROLE QUEUE SHOULD GIVE YOU EVENT BOXES JUST LIKE WINNING GAMES DOES, JUST LIKE ENDORSEMENT LEVELS DO, JUST LIKE LEVELING UP DOES, ETC.
Just want to say my original problem had nothing to do with event boxes, just wasn’t getting them back in August.
Not getting loot boxes from role queue, it happened twice in a row. Haven’t gotten any kind of boxes, regular ones either.
The only reason this is done is to balance the gain of event lootboxes,
secondly i find it absurd that you want the rewards to be event boxes as you’re already gaining a reward from playing the role. What are you going to do if they don’t provide a reward for playing a role? Not play the role anymore?? Just be happy that you’re getting a reward from it.

I am someone with common sense to tell people what’s normal on how to feel as i own the game myself too. I find it weird that people are not happy enough with already recieving a reward for something you shouldn’t even be rewarded for.
So people must act upon your opinions, according to you?
Not per say so, i can’t tell people what to do as they should go upon their own opinions.
I’m telling you it’s bogus and bull that they did it this way. It’s never been done this way. Literally anything else that triggers a box, triggers one for the event. I am not the only one upset at this. Check other forums. I’m more so upset at the lack of “support” and customer service given by their so called specialists who act like they’ve never worked a day in CS.
Happened to me too (PS4 player here) Played a comp match, it said I would get a lootbox if I chose support role and so I did. After the match, no boxes of any kind.
