Hi there, I hope everyone is doing well, not sure if this has happened to anyone else but the other day I went to purchase the add on skin for pixiu zenyatta and it went through completely fine, telling me that I bought it etc but when i went into the customisation it would not let me equip but when i would go into the shop it would say “owned”, i don’t understand why this has happened but it is rather annoying. If anyone might know a solution that would be muchly appreciated and be amazing.
P.S. this is on pc btw.
