they’re either a bad bot, or a terrible player, and ur 10,000 wins don’t deserve to be in that lobby.
i’ve had bot-like behaviour from humans, and human-like behaviour from bots. so it’s a hard tell either way. obviously this team won’t come clean about it, because they’re being let go like Jack in cold dark titanic water.

I totally expect shills to come and say oh but there was probably that one new player that;s just joined ow bro in your lobby so it totally makes sense to ruin others game by having bots in the lobby. 
The cope that’s been going on these forums is unreal regarding this and the matchmaker.

I admit, I was playing tank Mei in that mode earlier.
Some games, it worked great, others my team had no clue how to bounce off my abysmal plays.
But I did annoy the tanks, so I was doing exactly what I was intending to do b:
(they don’t like getting walled off)
Had a couple games where my mit outdid my damage. I am evil.
But some of those losing games, I might have looked botlike
But that’s jus me assuming my team will keep pushing behind me (they don’t)

It sadly is. I played with a Baptise named “Rock” earlier who was a bot. The good news is he was skilled and said “Hello” multiple times. But he still behaved like a bot does. Sad.
Doesn’t Overwatch always name it’s bots the name of the character? They’ve always done this in the past whether it’s practice vs AI or PvE. It’s the only game I’ve ever played where a Bap bot is always named Baptiste.

The only good news is I remember the match AI bots only appeared late at night. This game with “Rock” was at around 1AM. Im gonna play 6v6 tomorrow in the PM and I hope theres no match bots in 6v6 1Min.
Are the Mercy/Torb bots back? Last year, I’d get one every other match. They’re always wearing the classic skin and walk like it’s their first time using a keyboard.

I have really, REALLY dumb question: How do you know they were a bot?
Don’t worry, I’m not about to refute you saw a bot, I am just genuinely curious as to what made you look at this account and think ‘huh… that’s not a player.’
I have also seen bots in multiple modes. I have seen entire teams of multiboxing accounts controlled by a single player. Most of the bots you will see are player controlled. These are people who are deranking multiple accounts at once in order to sell them on.
They do appear late at night because the people levelling and tanking the MMR/SR of these accounts think they won’t get detected as easily.
Why not include the replay code lmao

yea was gonna say, wouldnt mind seeing a code. its not like i dont believe that there are bots because sometimes i swear some players play like one lol…
or ive seen what i thought were hackers with weird clunky movement but still losing the game even tho their aim was so accurate at times but yea bot like behavior…
makes me wonder if they had an advancement of their AI bot programming

I can just tell. Theres tall-tell signs:
- Basic, generic gamertags
- Basic, generic skins
- “Automated”, lifeless but logical behaviour like a scripted program
- Heavy focus on the objective (ie moving the payload for example)
- Predictable communication patterns
- Their gamer card art and title seem random, basic and/or mismatched.
- Multiple players in the game with similar patterns
I’ll post some replay codes soon. I havent seen Mercy/Torb yet but I did see a Mercy on the enemy team that looked like a bot: pocketing a player, automated behaviour, basic skin with basic, simplistic Mercy gameplay.
