Ok i been playin OW on pc for awhile now and when someones mic starts there icon shows up but no sound… i have everything set to max for volume i left everything to default but i still cant hear anyone talkin i used system speaker external bluetooth speaker and headset w mic and still no voices from team mates all i get is the games noises and music and yes my device drivers is up to date

I see that you play on Xbox and PC. If for PC, I recommend starting with these steps if you have not already.
havnt had issues with xbox side of things even with poor latency due to mobile hotspot internet lol…
All settings are set to default and i dont have parental crap enabled on pc and still cant hear team mates talkin wich kinda is a good thing for somethings but if there callin shots i cant hear em wich drives me nuts especially playin rein, orissa and D.va
Yeah go ahead and work through each of those steps. Some of time will take a bit of time and testing, so after you work through them and you are still not having any luck let us know.
got it fixed lol stupid comp was reading my blietooth even though it aint turned on or connected lol it was reading it as default
