No Voice Chat since Patch 4/17

Voice Chat has stopped working as of today’s patch. It will say I am in the Voice Chat, but I’ll never get the “Joined Voice Chat 6/6 people” message. If I hit “P” it’ll show me (and everyone else) as connected to Voice Chat, but I can’t hear anyone and I myself cannot speak in it.

Edit:

Never-mind, the issue resolved itself when I reset everything in my house (Network, computer, monitor, Air Conditioner, Bathtub, etc.)

Which one’s did you reset?

I’ve had problems after a recent update, I cannot hear others speak but I can see their chat icons. I’ve done the ports, firewalls, audio settings, advanced audio, etc etc…
