No unranked match counts for ranked progress

Hi
I am looking forward to a solution but right now I am really pissed because of the lack of support. I wrote a ticket for technical support and got as an answer performance solutions and in the second e-mail that I got wasn`t answer to my question, too.

To be able for ranked gameplay you need to fulfill 10 wins with each class in unranked but when I win 1, 2, 3, … games I don`t get any progress and it still says 0/10 as tank/ damagedealer/ healer. I get the progress just on inceasing the lvl of each hero.
Maybe you can help me out.

Are you talking about Competitive rank? Are you queuing for Competitive matches?

I am a pretty new player so I am not able to play competitive matches before that I need to finisch the 10 times unranked with 3 type of hero classes but I dont get any progress. for a win in unranked.

Sounds like you need more levels overall to start qualifying for Competitive.
