Blizzard doesn’t want Symm to be viable in any way. They have made that very clear.
because any hero, by themselves can just walk up to an enemy shield that’s likely covering a group of enemies and just stay there for ages without being at risk of dying at all /s 
the cost of her using primary outside of trying to finish off low hp targets within 12m of her is no joke really high. like you literally need a specific comp (like double shield), the team to specifically pocket the sym throughout getting her into range and staying there.
You don’t even have her stats right and you expect people to take you seriously?
