So when I join team voice chat I can’t hear anything, like the game goes completely mute. I don’t know if my teammates are mute too but all game sound is gone.

I had this problem, but only with not hearing voicechat sounds and not being able to speak.
My solution was going into the Windows 10 Settings app -> Privacy -> Microphone -> and enabling microphone access & enabling apps to use the microphone
Else you can try changing some settings in sound settings of windows

Same here. I tried to play with a Meizu EP52 bluetooth headseat and when I join team voice chat it stil okay but when I try to speak, game goes completely mute. I tried to disable “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device” for both the sound output and input device of Meizu in windows sound settings but still the same behaviour.
BUMP. When joining Team chat or Group chat, all audio output gets muted (even itunes). I believe the only thing that I can hear is other peoples in the chat on their mics. This issue has been happening to me for awhile. I’ve tried multiple Bluetooth headsets and the only way to hear any audio AFTER joining team chat is to have my microphone disabled. Any help would be appreciated. I’m beginning to think there is no fix and this problem pertains to blizzard.
