I am unable to see the shop for skins in the menus and purchase any Golden Guns, despite having a sufficient amount of currency.

Yup I’ve had the same issue since launch day. From what I’ve read it has to do with account merges. However that being said even though my Xbox account is linked to my battle net account I never played OW on console and never tried to merge my accounts.
I sent in a ticket got a generic automated response and now have been waiting two days for another response to my ticket

That’s rough bro! I was planning to send in my ticket, but I feared also just getting no real solution from it. Hoping anyone here on these forums has a solution.
