At the end of season 2 I placed platinum in open queue. Upon entering season 3 I was supposed to be rewarded 500 comp points however, I received absolutely nothing.

That sucks, I’m missing my top 500 rewards for this season too. I’ve put your post in Season 36 Missing Top 500 Rewards under: Incorrect Ranked Rewards (Season 2).
