My profile stats are not updating. Play comp games and shows no wins, no hero play time, no stats per hero, ect. Even after 20 games or so.
Playing on PS5. Is this a reported bug getting resolved?

people are also losing hours of their total playtime and heroes. Career profile is super broken rn

Common issue for many, same here. Also cant get new rank.

Career profile is busted in Overwatch 2, I really hope they fix it soon or at least address these issues so we know they are aware of them
Is it confirmed those with this bug cannot rank up in comp?

thats the most crazy thing cause we havent heared anything about this yet and its almost a week and they are not responding at my ticket either thats 5 days old now
having a similar problem, mine shows almost half as many hours played, and my most popular heroes absolutely wrong. what is worse is that the stats were completely fine a few days ago, and my merge went through without a hitch

yeah on the first day my profile was fine. It was the same as the last day on OW 1 suddenly i played a few hours of quikplay and i lost 900 hours total playtime and on the heroes that i played all went down in hours like crazy. Also really weird stats like 140000 winrate etc. Its super broken and bugged. Really hope they fix this soon cause i just cant enjoy rn if i cant check my career profile

yes, it does really take the shine off it. and those weird stats are nuts- in mystery games won 26, games lost, negative 17, so 286% winrate
Yeah it keeps deleting the stats for any character i play. Already lost a coyple hundred hours due to it. I hope it aint permanent

Career profile stats missing
I am an old user, yes I also found out, the displayed usage time is not equal to the actual usage time, the hero usage time of my account is reduced and erased，The total number of wins and losses is also decreasing，Everything is decreasing。

I think it might have something to do with this after reading tens maybe hundreds of complaints about missing stats and bad placements/inability to rank up. The player data is so messed up that it also causes issues with those.
I had 2700 hours on ow1 and in ow2 ive lost over 1000 hrs on my profile and says i only have 1600 now -.-
I am on xbox and it is happening to me too. Glad to know I am not alone, but it is VERY frustrating nonetheless. Blizz, PLEASE FIX!!
I’m having a similar issue. I’ve been playing since Sunday and played for about twenty matches but it only counted the eight matches I played on Monday preventing some heroes from being unlocked. The funny thing is I did unlock the heroes up to Ana on Sunday so yeah there is some issues on the stat tracker.
Day 8 still waiting for a fix and im not gonna play anymore untill they fix this -_-
also 6 days ago i send a ticket and still no response
I guess whats worrying is that they dont have a fix for this bug. I had been waiting until the dust settles on this to buy the battlepass, but if this doesnt come good i think it is a deal breaker and i have played overwatch since the original game’s beta. Not to mention a fan of bliz since the lost vikings and warcraft 1
I’m playing better than ever and can’t rank up. Really disheartening, especially since blizzard said the whole thing would be ranking up through the season
I hope blizzard fixes this and then places everyone where they should be. I don’t wanna have to spend a ton more hours playing with people who run headfirst into the checkpoint
