No priority pass

I got 40/40 after some flex games but I never have any priority proposal when choosing a single (long wait) role.

Similar, I have 38 passes but can’t use for any role. Avg dps queue is 9 min. Ps4

The problem is I have NO priority pass (although 40/40 points). Dunno how much points u need for one pass (1 point=1pass?). Edit: PC

Same problem, I already have the 40/40. And the option for preference queue never showed to me in 20 queues that I had the opportunity to used

Just finished a game, stayed in a group and there got an option to use a priority pass for dps…

Weird. Once I got to 40 passes it unlocked. Then you have 40 passes. On console it’s R2 to activate and goes 1 per game from what I can see.

the problem is the option dont shows up

I’ve got 40/40 in quick play. No option to use them. I’ve got 0/40 in competitive and there is a box to use it that is appropriately greyed out.

What console are you using? I’m on PS4 with 40/40 points and can’t buy a pass. Don’t see any options to do so. I’ve seen video of how you buy on computer, but that option is not visible on my PS4.

Confirmed, I get priority passes only in groups (rank, PC) so far.

I had a 20 minute queue today and the priority pass offered me a solution of… 20 minutes.

Hey everyone, I confirmed with Community Manager Josh Nash that if the option is not available to spend a Priority Pass, that is due to the fact there is no role that is more impacted than the others. In other words, the wait time will be the same for any role chosen at that moment.
