I purchased the game a year or so ago, and I haven’t played in a while. I updated and hit play but it keeps telling me no ow license found. I have deleted the cache but with no luck. Pls help- A very Bored Gamer.
These steps can help if you see the License Missing Error:

Login and verify the license is showing up on the account management page.

If you see it: clear your cache files and then try again.

If that doesn’t work, or you don’t see it: open a ticket with the staff for help resolving the issue.
