It is pre superjump era. Which happened in late 2017.

Like Shinkie said 2016 Mercy didn’t have superjump or slingshot. This is the OG GA.
She’ll get those in later “Classic” events, as long as those ones take place after September 2017 anyway.

Launch Mercy did not have crouch jump GA.

Crouch jump GA was introduced in Patch 1.16, 17 Oct 2017, with tweaks to GA so that you can slingshot glide past teammates with jump.
