Considering blizzard’s pathetic track record, I predict the following:
No balance changes
They increase lucio’s fire rate and projectile speed by very little, increase bap’s jumping charge by a little, add 4 bug fixes which will stay on PTR for 1 whole month with about 1 hour queue times for every role
PTR patches usually release on Thursdays and get pushed through to Live servers on Tuesdays.
Or a different day, like most PTR patches in the past few months.

The new PTR patches usually come on Thursdays, while the live patches are released on Tuesdays. We got the Mercy event going live today; I wouldn’t be surprised that the PTR will come on Thursday as it does usually.
It’s crazy how long we have to wait for a damn balance patch. Even if it appears today, they’ll hold it hostage on ptr for a whole until the winter event.
Imagine if they could push a balance patch directly to Live, without even rebooting the servers.
Its likely the broke hotfixing during the last few patches and would need to fix hotfixing before beeing able to hotfix balance patches, which would take too much time away from balance patches.
