No Lucio Dance Party sound

When I use Lucio’s dance party emote from OWL s1 it has no sound. Everything else is working fine in terms of sounds though.

Blizz changed it so it counts as in game music for some reason… So if you have music volume in settings set to 0 you won’t hear the emote

I don’t like this change, I don’t use Music because it blocks other sounds but I want to dance party in spawn. Can we change this back?

Same issue here. I thought it was something on my end but they definitely changed that setting in the last couple of months because I’ve always had in-game music on zero but I was always able to hear the emote sound.
