No longer getting "Thank you for reporting" notifications

Since around June I’ve no longer been getting the pop-up notifications in game when I log in the game. This feedback, although for some might be useless or unnecessary, to me it meant the OW2 team was actively trying to mitigate some of the constant issues many players bring to the game.

Mind you, as sad as it is, since OW1 I used to almost weekly get these notifications after reporting foul/toxic players who would just type in chat or us vc in order to insult and scream like animals at teammates for no reason, the constant wave of players going afk or throwing themselves off maps during the whole match because their main got banned (many times it was an enemy team ban), or just the ones who’d say sexually explicit things or make violent threats (I’ve reported many making sexually explicit comments involving children, which is completely disgusting considering the huge amount of minors playing this game).

Although many would consider this post usless bc they just log in once in a while and don’t care or consider reporting a necessary step to take action against something like this, to me this feedback (like I already said) made me feel like the team was actively doing something about these type of players. I know it’s impossible to stop everyone like this from going into video games and acting this way, but I’d like to get my notifications and feedback back again.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues? Can some someone from the technical support team let me know what is going on?

!!! UPDATE:

10h after posting about this 4 month long issue it seems it has been resolved!
I just saw I had a battle.net update (which I’ve had and done many times since the issue started), after the update I’ve logged in game and finally got my feedback notifications.

I’m guessing someone from the team has read my post and done something about it? If that the case, thank you very much, I really appreciate it.
