To be clear, the quick match I’m referring to is the role selection, when there is one available. I’m not sure how it happened, but it now says I have 3 available to open and when I go to open t hem, there are none there.
I’ve spent some time testing things, and the arcade loot boxes for winning 3 matches, as well as the ones you receive from a level up work just fine. As far as I can tell it is just the ones from quick play.
Role selection lootboxes are regular ones, even during events. There should be a button to view regular lootboxes instead of event ones.
