As the title suggests I haven’t been able to unlock the Huge Rez achievement for Mercy. What inspired me to finally make this topic was I saw Ana was unable to get the naptime achievement at one point and it got fixed.
Anyways, I noticed when I was playing on Oasis in Quick Play that I’d gotten seven (7) resurrects without dying the entire game but I didn’t get the achievement even though I got one (1) more rez than I needed for it.
I started to focus only on getting the achievement and did what I needed for it two (2) more times in Quick Play. A total of three (3) times I did it. Each time on a different map type than before.
I’m not sure if it’s only denying the achievement for Quick Play games or both Quick and Competitive Play since I haven’t tried to get it in Competitive. Though I’m assuming it’s denying it for both. Which is very frustrating to see it say you can get the achievement in Quick or Competitive Play but it doesn’t give you the achievement despite meeting requirements three (3) times in one of the options it says you can get it in.
Thank you for reading and I hope it gets fixed soon! Or at least there’s an explanation as to why it’s not being awarded despite requirements being met.

I’m having the exact same issue. I painstakingly got a 7 rez streak without dying and still no achiev.
Sorry for the late reply. But if you tried it in a KOTH map (Oasis, Lijiang, Nepal, Ilios) only the resurrections in a single round count. For example, if you get 4 rezzes in round one and 2 in round two, you won’t get the achievement. If you get 6 in round 1, you will get it.
In Comp is the same, the rez counter resets every round.

Would also like to add that switching and switching back to reset Rez doesn’t count as well 
Pretty sure rapid discord and coalescence are bugged out as well. I’ve have like a dozen times for each now where it should have given me the achievement for them.

I thought I’d give an update on this. Since posting this I did as of recent of this reply, receive the achievement in a competitive match.
For the person who mentioned the reset of the res counter between rounds, I assumed that is a thing that happens on KOTH. Which is why I tried and met requirements for it on other map types in Quick Play. And did not receive it then either, which lead me to post this in the first place.
It seems it could be something to do with Quick Play only. Since as I’ve stated in this update I was able to get it while in a competitive match. ^^

I managed to get coalescence finally but rapid discord is still being a pain in the butt.
