Hi I am writing this because I did not receive any end of season competitive points last season. I am aware that you must play 15 games to be eligible for end of season rewards and I had played that number. I did placements and played several games after them but still didn’t receive any points. I think this issue was because last season my career profile would not update the games played or time played on heroes, but would update my rank. I posted a bug report about this when the issue happened but no one got back to me on it. I’ll link that post below thank you for your time.
