In Stadium, encountered a bug in the 3rd round where Ashe dynamite throw animation no longer played. The dynamite simply appears.

I too am experiencing this same dynamite throw bug in stadium. All throws outside of spawn. Difficult, but not impossible to use accurately.
Ok Iām glad I found this I thought I was going crazy not seeing anything but watching them explode later.
