Despite if the reasoning for changes to characters is clear or not I really don’t like when things are just changed without explanation. I like to know why devs personally decided to change them, since yknow they run the game…
Iirc they said they would be updating the balance changes with comments more consistently on a reddit Q&A? Which they aren’t keeping up with.
i think its about throwing darts at the dartboard now more than previous seasons.
Yeah I’m just surprised the balance changes aren’t all perk adjustments for once….
It just makes it feel like they are doing random changes and like you said “throwing darts at a board” when they release patches with absolutely no dev comments whatsoever.
I mean, to me anyway, it feels as tho they’re making balance changes just for the sake of. It’s felt like that for a while now.
They gotta make the game feel like a live service, am I right?

On the Stadium changes. I don’t necessarily like that the main focus is apparently on Stadium, it seems.
No comments. As it should be. A golden rule is “when you don’t have anything valuable to say - better keep your mouth shut”. Their past “comments” made it only worse, each and every time. It was always revealing to see their disconnect from the realities of the game.
If you knew of all the stadium bugs and issues this season you would not be saying this lol
Stadium team is also separate from the main team, so they probably came up with the dev comments themselves.
I totally agree with you, however I can also see why the devs don’t want to make comments on changes. At some point they will contradict themselves, and the internet never forgets.
I often see people quoting devs from over a year ago saying something that contradicts what they’re saying in present day.
