Same, I didn’t receive any comp rewards for both role/open or mystery heroes. Honestly it’s so frustrating what’s the point of grinding to get better rank if you don’t get rewarded for it

i as well did not receive comp points from season 5 this happened to me in season 4 and I still haven’t received points from both of those seasons. I am on a PS4

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an issue I’ve recently encountered with the distribution of my end-of-season competitive points.
As the end of the season approached, I eagerly participated in numerous competitive matches, investing a significant amount of time and effort to improve my ranking. The reward for my dedication was the anticipation of receiving the competitive points that I had rightfully earned, which would allow me to acquire my golden weapon.
However, upon the conclusion of the season, I was dismayed to discover that the competitive points I had accrued were not credited to my account. This oversight has left me disheartened, especially considering the effort and commitment I dedicated to reaching this point. I had planned to use these points to further enhance my in-game experience and showcase my achievements.
I kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in rectifying this issue. It would mean a great deal to me if the missing competitive points could be promptly added to my account. I understand that technical glitches can occur, but I sincerely hope that the situation can be swiftly resolved, since this is apparently a well known issue.

Have you guys actually WON 15 GAMES in that mode during that season? You need to win 15 in order to get the end-of-the-season rewards but I think there’s no bug, I think you’re all just oblivious to this fact.

(Update) I am pretty sure why I have not been receiving competitive points. There are a certain amount of games that you have to win to qualify for competitive points each season called ‘competitive player’ in the challenges menu. This is odd, since it does not state that you are required to complete that challenge to qualify for competitive points. (Edit, it does but it is on the comp rewards challenges instead of the qualification challenge so it is hard to notice :/) This is a large issue, since it it leaving many players in confusion and anger, and it needs to be fixed to where it clearly states that you must complete that challenge to qualify for competitive points. It is also unfair since many players have gone seasons without any points, and knowing blizzard, there will not be any compensation.

You see, this is what Ive been telling EVERYONE! And they refuse to believe it, just think its a bug. Theyre just ignorant of the fact that they needed 15 wins. Its not a bug lol

You might have a good point, but I can confirm that I’ve won not only OVER 15 games, but OVER 50 and still didn’t receive my reward. It’s a bug. Many people are not receiving rewards even though they were active AND won OVER 15 games.
