I received a Twitch notification saying I’ve received the drop but there’s nothing in my email or battlenet.

Got the twitch gift, but can’t find it anywhere :’(
Help plz
I had to go out on the day of the stream drops for a funeral but that day I left my computer watching Kephrii which was a stream on the drops list. I know it started at the time of the stream time and watched well over 4 hours. I did not get an email nor did I get an invite to the OW2 beta.
I know for sure I did everything to qualify for the beta and did not receive an invite. This is so messed up. All that work to be rewarded with nothing.
