I can not figure out what this message means “this player does not have access to workshops”
I’ve turned off all parental controls and still get it. My son is so upset. Please help me lol

I’m having the same problem on ps4
I’m guessing xbox, and that should be solvable by going to settings and setting custom settings for what he has access to.
If any parental controls are enabled, that can block the Workshop and other custom game tools. Also be sure to check all accounts that is tied to the main account for your live online service subscription.
