Nintendo Switch2

Hello,

I would like to raise a concern not only about Nintendo Switch 2 optimization,

but also about the current communication structure surrounding it.

At the moment, Overwatch 2 on Switch 2 is running the original Switch version.

Due to the larger screen size, reduced resolution causes UI text and hero names

to become difficult to read, which directly impacts usability.

When players contact customer support about this issue,

they are told that support has no information and no direct connection with the development team,

and are instead directed to the forums.

However, there is currently no official statement from developers here either.

From a player’s perspective, this creates a serious gap:

• Customer support cannot answer

• Developers do not communicate publicly

• Players have no clear channel where feedback is acknowledged

This raises a simple but important question:

Why is there no effective communication between customer support and the development team

on platform-specific issues that affect gameplay?

I am not asking for confidential details or a release date.

I am asking for transparency.

Is Nintendo Switch 2 optimization being considered, or is it not planned?

Clear communication would prevent unnecessary frustration among long-term players,

especially in regions such as Japan, where many users do not actively use English forums.

I hope this feedback can be shared internally.

Thank you for your time.

I also saw that gyro controls are conflicting with the console autoaim feature and causing people to be unjustly banned.

I guess when the game got large player base the company choose what job to do…..they too lazy to do work for switch 2. Which is the very same reason for monster hunter wild that Capcom too lazy to do PC version job. They got money they want so they don’t work for us :frowning:
