Nintendo switch unable to connect

Can’t join since new update on switch.

So I play on Nintendo switch and since this last update today, I’m unable to join the server in general I’m directed to the login press A to play page as you are when logging in. I click A and get an error message saying , " failed to connect to Game server, please try again later" this started when the live maintenance was going on. I’ve restarted and logged in closed out etc and nothing has worked. My fiance and brother play Xbox and were able to join just fine during maintenance. This is pretty frustrating weve all been excited and looking forward to this and now yea.

I’m having a similar issue. I have been disconnected mid game twice 2 days ago, and disconnected in the practice range 4 times today. I keep seeing LC-202 as the error message.

I am experiencing the same issue, where friends who play on consoles, as well as my boyfriend who plays on his PC, are not encountering the same problem. Unfortunately, there is very little information available online, which has been quite frustrating. Specifically, I can launch the game, click “A” to log in, but then receive an error stating “Failed to connect to game server.” I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game, logging in and out of both my Switch and Blizzard accounts, and even hosting a personal VPN on my laptop to rule out any connection issues. The only step I have not yet tried is resetting the Switch, though I don’t see why that would be the cause of the issue. I sincerely hope this gets resolved soon.
